Why Service Your Boiler?
Your boiler should be serviced annually to ensure it is running efficiently and safely. Servicing your boiler ensures that it is safe to use, it also maintains performance and efficiency. The engineer will take the boiler apart to inspect it. They will assess the physical condition of it, installation pipework, air vents and any flues for deterioration. The engineer will then carry out a performance test, the test will determine whether the boiler is safe and if there is any necessary remedial action. Manufacturer’s recommend that boilers are serviced every 12 months.
